A modern billing layer for Salesforce — without the Revenue Cloud overhead

You're staying on Salesforce. Good. But Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud are expensive, complex, and slow to change. Every field update is a CPQ admin project. Every new pricing model is a Revenue Cloud implementation. Sanka is the billing, RevRec, and subscription layer for Salesforce-native companies who need deeper billing capability without a 12-month Revenue Cloud migration.

Billing that reflects the Salesforce opportunity

Invoice from the opportunity close. Line items, proration, discounts, multi-entity — all synced back to the Salesforce record.

RevRec without a Revenue Cloud project

Recognition schedules, deferrals, contract modifications, ASC 606 — ready out of the box, no custom build.

Subscription lifecycle, fully automated

Renewals, upsells, downgrades, cancellations — with dunning, collections, and AR all handled, all reflected in Salesforce.

Why teams choose Sanka over Revenue Cloud

[SALESFORCE OPP CLOSE]
→ Sanka creates invoice with line items from the opportunity
→ RevRec schedule generated per line
→ Dunning + collections start automatically
→ Payment received → Salesforce opp updated to "Paid"
→ GL journal entry posted to your accounting system
[Done. Ops stayed in Salesforce. Finance stayed in Sanka. No custom build.]

Who this is for

  • CFOs at Salesforce-native companies where Revenue Cloud renewal pricing or implementation timeline is unacceptable
  • RevOps leads whose billing automation is stuck behind a CPQ admin queue
  • Finance leaders who need ASC 606 RevRec without a 9-month custom project
  • SaaS teams running complex subscription models (tiered, usage-based, multi-entity) that Salesforce Billing can't handle out of the box

Salesforce stays the source of truth

No re-implementation. No second CRM. Sanka lives next to Salesforce, syncing bidirectionally on opportunities, accounts, contacts, and products.

Bi-directional opportunity sync

Invoices, payments, RevRec status — reflected back to the Salesforce opportunity record.

Product catalog unified

Salesforce products + pricebook entries become Sanka's catalog. One source, two views.

Closed-won → cash, automated

From opportunity close to GL journal entry, every step happens without human intervention.

Get started

  1. Connect: install the Salesforce package from AppExchange, OAuth in 5 minutes.
  2. Map: we align your product catalog, pricebooks, entities, and GL accounts.
  3. Dry-run: run one billing cycle in Sanka, reconcile against your current system.
  4. Go live: flip billing to Sanka, keep Salesforce as the opportunity source of truth.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to leave Salesforce?
No. Salesforce stays the source of truth for opportunities, accounts, and sales process. Sanka takes over billing, subscriptions, RevRec, and collections — with bi-directional sync so the Salesforce record stays current.
How does this compare to Stripe Billing or Chargebee?
Stripe and Chargebee handle billing as a point tool. Sanka handles billing + RevRec + subscriptions + multi-entity + inventory + CPQ, all with native Salesforce sync. If you only need basic recurring billing, Stripe is great. If you also need RevRec, multi-entity, and deep Salesforce integration without a Revenue Cloud project, Sanka is the answer.
What about Salesforce CPQ — do we need to migrate that too?
Not required. Many customers keep Salesforce CPQ for quoting and use Sanka for billing + RevRec downstream. If Salesforce CPQ is also causing pain (cost, complexity), we can replace both layers.
How long does implementation take?
Typical implementations take 2–6 weeks from kick-off to first production invoice. Complex multi-entity or usage-based billing models may run 8–10 weeks.
Will our Salesforce admin need to learn a new system?
Minimally. Sanka has its own UI for finance and ops users, but the Salesforce admin only needs to understand the field mapping. Day-to-day, the sales team stays in Salesforce.
