Learn how to bulk create or update Payment records with a CSV file.
This guide explains how to bulk create and update Payment records using a CSV file.
Bulk create Payment records via CSV
Open the Payment object and click
Import
.
Select
CSV file
as the import source.
Download the Payment CSV import template if needed and fill in the required fields.
Upload the CSV file.
Map CSV headers to Sanka properties and keep the object set to Payment.
Choose
Create Payment records
and run the import.
Confirm the records are created.
Bulk update Payment records via CSV
To update existing records, include a
Payment ID
column (Sanka auto-numbered ID or your unique ID) so the system can identify the target records.
Open
Import
and select
CSV file
.
Upload the CSV and map headers to Sanka properties.
Select
Update Payment records
, set the key property to ID (or your unique ID), and run the import.
